Refund and Returns Policy

Change of mind / Incorrect size ordered 

We gladly accept returns for any reason, provided that the item remains unused. Please note that for change of mind returns, the buyer will not be refunded for the return shipping cost or the original postage cost. If you wish to initiate a return, feel free to reach out to us, via live chat or email (info@nutbolt.com.au) and we will provide you with the non-refundable shipping cost. Since shipping cost is variable, it is difficult to know shipping cost prior to sending the order. However, as a general guideline, the non-refunded shipping cost typically amounts to approximately 30% of the total order

 

Damaged or Faulty Item

In the unlikely event that an item is damaged or faulty, the buyer is entitled to a replacement or full refund, provided that the items are returned at our expense. We will send you a return shipping slip via email, which you can print and attach to the faulty items packed box before placing them in an Australia Post red street box

 

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to acknowledge the receipt. We will also inform you about your refund being processed

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically within a certain number of days and applied to your original method of payment, such as your credit card.
